Preparing Applications

• Establish timetables and direct the student through each step of a proven approach to successful college admissions
• Educate the student on what creates an outstanding college essay, assisting in developing an effective concept and reviewing the final product
• Advise on how letters of recommendation need to be written, how many are needed, and who should write them
• Discuss pros and cons of applying for early decision, early action, or regular admission
• Prepare the student for college visits and interview with admission counselors and/or college alumni
